Certimac is an Italian private, non-profit research and certification centre based in Faenza, Emilia-Romagna, founded by two of Italy’s leading research institutions: ENEA (National Agency for New Technologies, Energy and Sustainable Economic Development) and CNR (National Research Council). These founding members remain its scientific partners and majority shareholders.

CERTI will play a pivotal role in drafting technical specifications, conducting rigorous testing, and ensuring regulatory compliance. CERTI has advanced testing equipment for international classification thorough performance evaluation.
