Role in the project
Pilot-scale development
VTT is the coordinator of CIRCBUILT and will play an important role in the development and upscaling of the materials and products, with a special focus on biorefining, high-consistency processing, cellulose nanofibrils films and coatings, thermal insulation panels, adaptative cooling and smart windows. VTT SAMPO and SUTCO facilities are assets for biomass processing and nanocellulose production, characterisation, as well as pilot-scale development.
